Moreover, the court dismissed under partial house arrest Yegor Previr. "It was strange that during the appeal hearings on Previr case the prosecutor requested to leave him under arrest. Nevertheless, the judges still went counter to the opinion of the prosecutor. Taking into account the common practice in such biased cases this happens very rarely", the MP of UDAR stressed.
Natalia Agafonova noted that after the series of appeal hearings eight activists detained after Bankova Street clashes are released and one still remains in custody.
