"All criminal and administrative proceedings that have been opened must be closed, and new ones cannot be opened”, Klychko said. ”Those who are being prosecuted for their participation in rallies should be exempt from such responsibility. They deemed to have no criminal record and the responsibility for administrative offence", the leader of UDAR pointed out.
He added that the court and the investigation authorities have to take decisions based on the law, within 10 days from the date it enters into force.
"In case the authorities implement this law, they will fulfill the first demand, which is the release of detained peaceful rallies participants. But the issues of the punishment of the guilty of beating people in the Maidan and the government's resignation still remain open. Only snap elections are the way out of the political crisis", Vitaliy Klychko stressed.
