It is traditionally held at the Independence Square in Kiev on Sundays and this time the People’s Assembly will be held under the slogan "Solidarity against Terror".
"We urge all those who care about the destiny of our country to leave all their affairs and come to the Maidan on Sunday at 12.00. The people of a free country cannot tolerate the brutal behavior of the gang in power which entraps Maidan activists around the country, spoils their cars, intimidates and beats them", the three leaders said in the joint statement.
"The horrible accident with Tetyana Chornovol leaves no room for doubt that we must immediately stop this government. Let us go along to the Maidan to show solidarity in the fight against terror, which has been deployed against activists", the opposition leaders urged.
