"We demand the immediate resignation of Zakharchenko. There is no use listening to his reports in the Parliament. Riot police squads “Berkut” as a punitive special unit has no right to exist, and should be disbanded. Since the prosecutors do not investigate all acts of "Berkut" and those who gave the illicit orders, we demand the immediate establishment of the provisional investigatory commission which will inquire into all the facts of heinous outrage", Vitali Klitschko pointed out.
The leader of the UDAR noted that tomorrow Prosecutor General Pshonka must come to the Parliament and report on why the law on prevention of harassment of peaceful rallies participants is not fulfilled.
Furthermore, UDAR demand the resignation of the government of Azarov.
"If our demands, which remain unchanged for a long time, are not fulfilled, the Parliament will not work in the usual course. This parliament works just the way Yanukovych's government want and follows all their commands. No way!", Klitschko said.
After the announcement of the demands, the leaders of the opposition factions left the meeting of the coordination board meeting.
