President withdraws from concrete actions to resolve political crisis, and brings it into a stalemate through the Parliament, UDAR leader Vitali Klitschko told reporters after a meeting with President Yanukovych.

Klitschko stressed that he managed to meet the President. "The president told me that constitutional changes will take from one up to six months. Everything must be done within legal framework", the leader of UDAR said. However, he added, Ukraine simply does not have this time, and the issue must be solved very quickly. "We have every reason to take a political and legal decision and adopt the Act of restoration of the Constitution of 2004. This can be done quickly", Vitali Klitschko said.

At the same time, UDAR pointed out, neither the President, nor the Party of Regions want to solve this problem. "The President does not want it and aggravates the situation. It is an irresponsible attitude for the head of a state, because it provokes people into some radical actions, and world democracies into sanctions, which have been discussed for a long time", Klitschko said.

Politician reiterated that due to such position of authorities and their dishonesty UDAR insists on involvement of high-level international mediators in negotiations with authorities to fix agreements.

According to Klitschko, any delay in crisis management would only raise tension. He said that quick steps in resolving the conflict largely depend on the Parliament.
