UDAR leader Vitali Klitschko said on the sidelines of parliament that it is important to put an end to a situation when everything in the country depends on the mood of the President.

Klitschko pointed out that the Constitution of 2004 allows distributing state powers and stabilizing the situation in the country. "All powers are concentrated in the same hands, and this led to a monopoly. Everything in the country depends on what side of the bed a single person wakes up", UDAR leader noticed. According to him, distribution of powers among a president, parliament and government will allow to balance power structures.

Klitschko is confident that Speaker Rybak was ordered to "tire with talk" while discussing restoration of the Constitution of 2004. "During the meeting with the President, the things he was saying gave me the impression that he lives in an information vacuum created by his entourage", UDAR leader said. Vitali Klitschko added that he tried to convey objective information to Yanukovych, but the president did not listen. "This is a dangerous trend. He has to understand the real situation in the country. If authorities do not hear citizens, they take a step on a thin ice. They may fall through it", politician stressed.
