Ukrainian Parliament must return the Constitution of 2004, and then work out a new edition of the fundamental law, UDAR leader Vitali Klitschko said during a plenary session.

He said that people wait rather for specific changes than empty talks. "Today the problem is to eliminate crisis. People demand systematic change of government, because no one wants to depend on the mood of a single person in the state", UDAR leader said.

However, Klitschko added, if changes do not take place in the nearest future, it will lead to a new spin of escalation. Klitschko noted that the President and the Party of Regions claimed that constitutional changes would take up to six months. "One of the ways out of the situation is a return of the Constitution of 2004, and then we can talk about a new version of the constitution. We will have plenty of time to work on a new document", leader of UDAR said.
