Prosecutor General's Office must close all criminal cases against arrested activists immediately, but not within a month. A primary task for the Parliament tomorrow should be the adoption of restoration of the Constitution of 2004, UDAR leader Vitali Klitschko said during a meeting of coordination board of parliamentary factions committees of the Verkhovna Rada.

"We need to encourage Prosecutor General to close all criminal proceedings immediately not within a month. Activists should not be under home arrest, but free. I would like to stress that the cases opened after February 2 must be closed, for the government still holds hostages. This is unacceptable! So I suggest that Victor Pshonka comes to Parliament and reports about full implementation of the law," Vitali Klitschko said.

He highlighted that tomorrow parliamentarians should pass a resolution, which confirms effectiveness of the Constitution of 2004. " Ukrainian experts as well as European institutions including PACE, a member of which Ukraine is and whose decisions are obligatory for us, found that abolition of the Constitution of 2004 was held with violations. We must restore justice," UDAR leader pointed out.

Klitschko also noted that after Constitution of 2004 restoration, Parliament should nominate a technical government, whose reform program will gain significant support from world democracies. "Our economy is in tough condition," politician said.
