"I have just had a meeting with the Speaker. I would say that for the first time in the history of Ukrainian Parliament MPs could not register a bill. These are unprecedented actions. We demand from Rybak to register a bill on Constitution of 2004 restoration and bring it to the session hall. They do not want it. This is a direct violation of the law. How could the Parliament exist where MPs cannot register a bill?" Vitali Klitschko said.
He pointed out that the head of the Parliament deliberately blocks Verkhovna Rada session. "I want to emphasize that Rybak bears responsibility for what is happening. He received an order from Presidential Administration so that the act in question would be in no case registered," UDAR leader stressed.
"The president cannot come and talk with MPs every time. The chance is high that majority of MPs will vote for the return to the Constitution of 2004. Government is very afraid of it," Vitaly Klitschko said.
