UDAR demands from Speaker Rybak not flee from the Parliament, but summon Party of Regions MPs to the Parliament and a vote on a resolution on return to the Constitution of 2004, in order to prevent further escalation in the streets, a statement of UDAR runs.

"Number of people suffered in the clashes is growing every minute. Rybak tries to flee the Parliament, rather than stop bloodshed. The speaker must show political and civic courage. We demand to immediately call the Party of Regions in the session hall, proceed to a vote for the return to the Constitution of 2004 and ensure effective voting. This is the only way to ensure truce is in the streets," UDAR deputy head Vitaliy Kovalchuk noted.

UDAR emphasizes that in case deputies fail to resolve the issue in the Parliament hall, it will lead to further deterioration of civil conflict and confrontation in the streets.
