"A bunch of people does not like what is happening now in Ukraine, because the country in a short period of time may build an efficient governmental system to lead to effective changes and increase in living standards. Destabilization aims at discrediting and halt of reforms which are due to take place in Ukraine," Klitschko said.
According to UDAR leader, the events in Kharkov and Donetsk, which led to deaths of people, are tragic. However, he emphasized, that every effort is made to intimidate the citizens of Eastern and Southern Ukraine. "It has all been staged to bring imbalance and chaos in Ukraine," Vitali Klitschko underlined. He added that these days some politicians and political forces were seeking to disrupt presidential elections and to prevent political and economic situation in the country to settle down. "Some efforts are taken to break up creation of a new governmental vertical. Invasion of Ukraine began when a new government had not been formed yet. Hardly anyone believes that Russian Federation is not involved," Vitali Klitschko stressed.
