Moreover, the Ministry for Social Affairs should provide information on the situation of social payments in Crimea, and the Chairman of the National Bank should report on the monetary system of ARC.
UDAR also suggests creating an inter-factional group to elaborate a law on temporarily occupied territories. The group should include two representatives of each faction or deputy group. "The draft law should be elaborated by next Monday, so that all the committees can pass it and the Parliament vote for it not later than Tuesday, March 25," the party statement runs.
UDAR, demands to invite to the Parliament meeting representatives of the Crimean Tatars’ Majlis and Kurultai. Party recalls that the Parliament has registered a draft resolution (4475) with the view to guarantees of the rights of the Crimean Tatar people as a part of the Ukrainian state. "Parliament should adopt a respective bill. At the same time, over the next week a draft law on the rights of indigenous peoples must be elaborated," the party emphasized.
Also, UDAR considers it necessary to vote for an appeal to the government with a demand to commence the procedure of appeal to the EU on obtaining candidate status. A draft document is being elaborated to ensure that it matches diplomatic norms.
"Parliament must also approve an urgent appeal to the Government to call on all international organizations to exclude Russian Federation as an aggressor," UDAR stressed.
Also, the party says, Parliament should denounce the CIS Treaty (№ 0074) and pass the bill which provides for the restoration of Ukraine's course towards Euro-Atlantic integration (№ 4354).
