"Crimea used to be and remains an integral part of Ukraine. Today is a temporarily occupied territory.
Ukrainian authorities must make a responsible decision to protect the lives of our citizens, soldiers and officers who keep the oath to Ukrainian people, and are now virtually surrounded by the occupant army, and patriots, the people who will be forced to temporarily leave the peninsula," Vitali Klitschko underlined.
He said that it is unacceptable to wait any longer and put the citizens of Ukraine under threat, risking their lives.
"Therefore, an urgent decision must be taken to withdraw Ukrainian troops from Crimea to the sites of temporal deployment. Moreover, we must support and prepare infrastructure for the citizens who will have to temporarily leave the region," UDAR leader said.
