"After that, we will offer a program of the candidate. But now I can say that our country needs change and reform in many spheres. The potential of our country is huge," Vitali Klitschko stressed.
He underlined that first of all a modern European state with the appropriate standards and values of life should be built. Ukrainian people came to Maidan demanding these changes.
"What do we offer? First, legal framework and judicial systems should be reformed. Municipal police should be introduced, chosen by communities, responsible to communities and trusted by communities. Economic reforms are needed, particularly tax reform. We need to enable small and medium enterprises to work freely, pay taxes and create jobs. The law should work and apply to all. What is most important, as a result of the program, everyone should feel changes in their own lives in a very short period," UDAR leader underlined.
