Klitschko emphasized that all citizens of Ukraine, regardless of the region want to live in a decent country and have confidence in the future. "Today the country is being split. But I can firmly state that it was the hall of the parliament where the split began," UDAR leader claimed.
He pointed out that a number of politicians drive a wedge between Ukrainians while pursuing their own goals. In particular, Vitali Klitschko noted, the language issue is constantly raised. "But it has never been a problem. People understand both Ukrainian and Russian," UDAR leader stressed. According to Klitschko, the a compromise in regional languages issue can be found. "But as far as the state language is concerned, there can be no bargains," the politician said.
Klitschko expressed confidence that the issue power decentralization in Ukraine must be urgently resolved. "Statements of some politicians lead to a new spin in radicalization in the country. Our goal is to stabilize and preserve territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine," Vitali Klitschko stressed.
