"We need to agree on all issues so that they could receive necessary number of votes. Today many bills were handed down to the hall without preparation and discussion. This is inefficient," Vitali Klitschko pointed out.
He underlined that if Parliament will continue to operate in the same mode, its efficiency will no longer be expected. "It makes no sense to gather and fail each voting. If we work, it must be effective. This is what the Speaker is responsible of," UDAR leader said.
