According to Klitschko, parliament has to finish its work with dignity. "Parliament shall be re-elected. But this convocation has not paid its debts to people yet," Vitali Klitschko said.
That is why parliament must now double its efforts and pass a number of important laws. "If it concerns people's lives, economy revival and efficiency of administration, parliament committees should consider such questions without delay and put them on the agenda," Klitschko added.
UDAR leader emphasized that the ATO had revealed a number of problems. "Local residents must be our allies in the fight against terrorism. People want order and security. Therefore, it is vital for the ATO to foster communication between security forces and civilians. We must introduce accountability for those who support terrorists and provide protection to those who oppose them," Klitschko underlined. He added that adoption of draft law 4912 would resolve these issues.
Moreover, he added, parliament should adopt a resolution to track the Armed Forces finances. "If body armour disappear and combat rations are being sold on the Internet, those accountable must be brought to justice," Klitschko demanded.
