Kovalchuk pointed out that an impudent murder of Ukrainian soldiers in Lugansk last Saturday shocked the whole nation. "Such a large-scale tragedy must be followed with strict analysis of the causes and concrete personnel decisions. Therefore, we support staffing changes which President will suggest in this area," UDAR faction head underlined.
Kovalchuk added that formation of the Ministry of Crimea, supposed to help people who had left temporarily occupied territories, had been discussing for several months. "This ministry would also prepare necessary materials in order to return Crimea to Ukraine. It is high time to create it," politician said.
