"We will make Kyiv open to the world, open for cooperation and development. In October 2014 we are going to host an economic forum, which should give a start for Kyiv effective integration into the European and global investment space," Vitali Klitschko said.
He pointed out that the new city authorities would simplify procedures to stop red tape practices for entrepreneurs and investors and ensure transparency of the city management. "Every investor should feel friendship, rule of law, rather than face bribes schemes," Kyiv city mayor underlined.
The mayor thanked the ambassadors of foreign countries and heads of international organizations in Ukraine for their support and expressed hope for further cooperation.
"We are establishing a dialogue with the world. I shall be grateful for your help and support. I am sure we will make Kyiv a modern European capital," Vitali Klitschko emphasized.
