"Our task is to establish conditions so that Kyiv residents could resist the shock of rising utility rates, introduced by the government. Kyivans should know what they are paying for. They must be aware of how the quality of public services will increase, along with an increase of the rates. Also, we need to explain who and how can be granted a subsidy to pay less," Klitschko said.
Kyiv Mayor stressed that the heads of district administrations would be responsible for the information campaign and organizational work on subsidies and compensations mechanisms for utilities payments.
