Klitschko thanked Radoslaw Sikorski, Lech Walesa and all Polish citizens for their solidarity with Ukraine, their support and assistance. “Ukraine is experiencing many hard challenges in its struggle for freedom and democracy. Despite all, we will walk this way and always remember our friends who sincerely help us,” Klitschko emphasized.
The Marshal of the Sejm said at the meeting that Ukraine should not waste time and implement radical reforms to preserve Europe’s confidence in Ukraine. “This is a hard way, but these reforms are easier than those Poland launched in 1989,” Sikorski noted.
Moreover, in Gdansk, where representatives of EuroMaidan received Lech Walesa Award, they held a meeting with Ukrainian Diaspora in Poland.
