"Europe and Germany in particular support us and are ready to assist. Still, they emphasize that unity and well-coordinated work of all political forces, represented at state power bodies, are needed for successful changes in Ukraine," Klitschko said. "If there is a fight of all against all, there will be no reforms. In the current context, Ukraine may lose territorial integrity, as well as sovereignty and European prospects," UDAR leader underlined.
During the meeting, the parties discussed necessary steps to stabilize Ukraine and support of Germany in implementation of reforms.
Heusgen emphasized that the effectiveness of reformation of the capital would determine success of reforms in the whole country. "Successful self-government reform in Kyiv should become an example for the whole Ukraine," he said.
At the meeting with the leadership of Konrad Adenauer Foundation, it has been agreed that Germany would send experts to help Kyiv change utility sphere, particularly tackling corruption.
