“Votes are still being counted. At the moment we have the results of parallel vote tabulation at almost 99 per cent of polling stations. According to them, Klitschko wins the first round with 50.9 per cent,” she said.
UDAR’s result in Kyiv is 19.7 per cent. “We are looking forward to the official vote tabulation, but we already see that Kyivans chose Vitali Klitschko and UDAR and voted for further growth of Kyiv,” remarked Oksana Prodan. “UDAR’s campaign was fair and transparent. We are the only political force that has disclosed a full list of candidates and did not conduct hidden canvassing. We fought and won fair,” she stressed.
Oksana Prodan thanked the voters who went to polls to support Klitschko and UDAR.
According to the results of parallel vote tabulation, Klitschko gets 50.9 per cent, Oleksandr Popov 9.5 per cent, Serhiy Prytula 7.9 per cent, Oleksiy Kucherenko 6.4 per cent, Iryna Vereschuk 5.5 per cent and Andriy Palchevsky 5.3 per cent of votes.
UDAR in Kyiv secured 19.7 per cent, Evropeyska Solidarnist 19.5 per cent, Ednist 8.5 per cent, Opposition Platform 7.6 per cent, Sluga Naroda 7.3 per cent, Batkivschyna 7.2 per cent, Holos 5.8 and Peremoha Palchevskogo 4.4 per cent of votes.
